WIZARDS SET TO RETURN TO SIEGEL CENTER FOR THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR

RICHMOND, Va. – For the third consecutive preseason, the Washington Wizards will train at the Siegel Center on the campus of Virginia Commonwealth University starting today, October 3rd.The fifth seed in the 2005-2006 Eastern Conference playoffs will be at VCU until Sunday, October 8th.
All practices will be closed to the public, except for the scrimmage on Saturday, October 7th at 4 p.m. The scrimmage will be open to the public and the Wizards will hold an autograph session after the game.
“We are extremely honored and excited to host the Wizards again this season,” commented VCU’s Director of Facilities and Siegel Center Operations Tim Lampe. "The Wizards had a tremendous season last year and it all started here. It is my hope that we can continue this relationship for many years and send them off to many more successful seasons."
