VCU SET TO HOST 11TH ANNUAL BARKLEY OUTING

RICHMOND, Va. – Virginia Commonwealth University is set to host its 11th Annual VCU Charles Barkley Celebrity Golf Tournament Monday, Aug. 29 at Hunting Hawk Golf Club in Glen Allen.  The 11-time NBA All-Star will be joined by a variety of other professionals from the sports industry, including PTI’s Michael Wilbon, first-round MLB draft pick and former Phillies pitcher Tommy Greene, along with local Richmond product and current ESPN analyst Tim Legler.  All proceeds from the event will be donated to the VCU Pride Fund, which supports the institution’s athletic scholarship program.
