GENERAL: Team's top returning scorer from a year ago who will reclaim his starting role at small forward...One of the CAA's most athletic and exciting players who figures to be one of the league's top scoring threats in 2001-02...Has the ability to score from both the post and the perimeter...Transferred to VCU for the 1999-00 academic year after playing one season for Georgetown University...Sat out the 1999-00 campaign per NCAA transfer rules.
2000-01: A starter in 26 of the team's 30 games...Ranked second among Ram players and ninth in the CAA with a scoring average of 12.6 points per game...Also finished tied for seventh in the conference in three point field goal percentage (.382) and eighth in field goal percentage (.470)...Had 16 double-figure scoring efforts on the year, including four games of over 20 points...Averaged 14 points in games played at the ALLTEL Pavilion at the Stuart C. 1998-99: Appeared in 13 games for Georgetown and averaged 3.5 points and 1.2 rebounds..Played in five of the Hoyas' first six games and eight of the first 11 contests...Scored a career-high 17 points along with five rebounds in 17 minutes of action vs. Southern University.
PERSONAL: Finished as the all-time leading scorer at LaVergne High School and was the runner-up for the Mr. Basketball award for the state of Tennessee...Led the state in scoring as a senior with a 27.8 points per game clip...Also averaged 10.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists while shooting 57 percent from the field that year...Also named first-team All-State during his final scholastic season and led LaVergne to an 18-8 record...
