Led the team in scoring his sophomore and junior seasons... Was the teams leading free-throw shooter all four seasons he played for the Rams, and his career free-throw shooting percentage of .818 is still the best ever by a Virginia Commonwealth player... Made 83.3 percent of his free throws his sophomore season (1982-83) which is the second-best mark for one season by a Ram and is the best performance ever by a Virginia Commonwealth sophomore... Made a mark on the national scene during that season, as he was named co-Sun Belt Player of the Year as well as an honorable mention All-American by the Associated Press... Made repeat appearances as AP honorable mention All-American and first-team all-Sun Belt his junior year... Scored consistently, but not in large numbers, reflected in the fact that he is the only Virginia Commonwealth player among the top eight in career scoring who is not listed in the top ten in points per game...Inducted into the Virginia Commonwealth Athletic Hall of Fame (1991). |
