FRISCO, Texas - Former VCU defender Michael Hitchcock was named General Manager for FC Dallas of Major League Soccer.

Hitchcock played for the Rams from 1991-94 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass-Communications - Advertising.

An eight-year MLS veteran of ticket sales and marketing, Hitchcock most recently was Vice President of Sales for the Los Angeles Galaxy.
