SEASON TICKETS:
Season ticket information for the upcoming season will be mailed in mid-September. To be placed on the mailing list please contact the ticket office at (804) 828-RAMS. Season tickets are assigned based on the VCU Pride Fund Priority Point System and giving level All general public season tickets will be filled after VCU Pride Fund members based on the date the order is received and available seating. Every effort will be made to honor seating assignments based on the Priority Point System. Seating requests that cannot be filled will be assigned in the next best available location. By placing your order, you indicate that you accept the distribution of tickets and understand that there is a " no refund" policy.

VCU FACULTY/STAFF SEASON TICKETS:
The VCU Faculty/Staff season tickets are specially discounted for all VCU employees. We offer two season packages to all employees. A season ticket will be located between the baselines in ALLTEL Pavilion, just outside of our donor level seating. All faculty and staff members who are VCU Pride Fund members will be assigned seats based on the VCU Pride Fund Priority Point System within the donor sections.

A faculty/staff season ticket is also available to all employees and is located in the side sections just past the baselines. To order Faculty/Staff season tickets or to receive a payroll deduction form, please call the VCU Ticket Office at 828-7267. GROUP TICKETS:
Group tickets are available for selected games and must be order in advance. For more information on group tickets please call the VCU Ticket Office at 804/828-7267.

ORDERING TICKETS:

RENEWAL/PRIORITY DEADLINES
All season ticket holders will be guaranteed seating assignment priority each year provided season tickets are renewed by the priority deadline and meet stated requirements for priority seating assignments.

SINGLE HOME GAME TICKETS
All season ticket orders are completed before single game ticket orders are filled. Single game orders are filled based on VCU Pride Fund Giving Level and the date the order is received. Single game tickets are mailed approximately two weeks prior to the game. Orders received the week of the game are to be picked up at the designated will call window located at the main ticket office at the West End of the Siegel Center. No refund will be made if the tickets are not picked up. All persons entering the arena must have a ticket regardless of age.

PAYMENT
Payment for season & single game tickets can be made by check payable to the VCU Ticket Office or charged to American Express, VISA, MasterCard or Discover. Payment must accompany your order. A Processing fee is charged per order not per ticket, an order will not be processed if processing fee is not included with order.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITES ACT INFORMATION
Requests for accommodations related to disabilities should be made to the VCU Ticket Office at 804/828-7267. Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the events. If handicapped seating is needed, please notify the ticket office of this special request when order is placed. The ticket office cannot guarantee game day changes for handicap seating.
