Lay-ups from Michelle Cosel (Mechanicsville, Va./Atlee) and Brittany Pinkney (Clinton, Md./The Patterson School) cut the Saint Joseph’s lead to 52-47 with just over five minutes remaining, but two free throws from Whitney Ffrench with 1:56 remaining in the contest gave the Hawks a 57-53 advantage.
