2004/Freshman:  Placed fourth for VCU at the CAA Championships…Earned a personal best in the 5,000m at the JMU Cross Country Open.  Finished 16th out of 65 runners at the Tribe Open hosted by William & Mary.

Prior to VCU: Four year member of varsity track team …Indoor and outdoor track teams won district and regional championships from 2000-2004 …Outdoor team was 2004 AA State Champions …Won Jesse Owens Award each season between 2000-2004 …All-Area honorable mention in 2004 …Also played field hockey …Earned “Most Improved” in 2001 …Member of Student Council Association …Earned United States Army Reserve National Scholar Athlete Award …Named to honor roll
