2004/Freshman: Finished ninth overall at the Tribe Open hosted by William & Mary.  Completed the three mile event in 19:21. 

Prior to VCU: Cross country team MVP in 2002 and 2003 …All-State cross country in 2003 …All-State track & field in the 4x800m relay in 2003 and 2004 …Indoor track & field teams were district champions from 2000-2002 …Outdoor teams were district champions from 2000-2004, regional champions in 2002 and state runner-up in 2002 …Member of Future Business Leaders of America and Spanish Club …Coached cheerleading for Salem Recreation …Earned honor roll all four years.
